Rezo is an established founder, investor and thought leader in big data, AI, and digital assets. He spearheaded early algo-trading with our trading partner, TD Quant LLC, and is an angel investor in The LAO, PUSH Protocol, MetaCartel Ventures and many other projects. Rezo co-founded SuperProtocol, a Web3 confidential computing protocol that counts NVIDIA as a technology partner.
Katya Mordikova
CFO
Katya serves as the CFO of our company, responsible for overseeing NAV calculations, audit processes, investor reporting, and the financial operations of both the fund and the management company. She holds a diploma with distinction in accounting, financial analysis, and audit, and brings extensive experience from multinational corporations, family offices, and consulting firms. Her deep understanding of cross-border finance and fund structures ensures accuracy, transparency, and strong financial governance.
George Zhgenti
General Partner
George is a General Partner at BRIM, based in Dubai, specialising in sourcing, structuring, and managing early-stage tech investments. With a background in finance and early experience at PwC, he also invests as an angel in select startups. George takes a thesis-driven approach, focusing on long-term fundamentals and emerging infrastructure in blockchain, AI, and digital systems..

Lau supervises our regulatory, governance and corporate affairs. He’s a business doctor who has worked for publicly listed companies like HP, Microsoft and WPP, but who’s talent lies in buying and integrating smaller companies while preserving their DNA. He’s accomplished this with more than 40 separate businesses.
